Third Chapter: Centaur

I absolutely adored the first chapter! A good mix of character and lore with an equal amount of action. I think, if anything, my only issue with this debut chapter is some scenes can be difficult to follow, especially the messy action, but this may also be present from understanding what I'm looking at overall. The character designs are fantastic, and Desscaras was a major reason in this sparking interest online.

I think elements or manifestations of ideas and concepts, formally called "Magik", is a really interesting idea, and for said objects to hold trials is also great and unique. There are hints of expiry, and its unknown if these can be stacked or not, but its a refreshing take. Hopefully, for our Male hunting protagonist, we will see more inventive ideas for combat, rather than "EXPLOSION" being spammed every volume.

I'm a little iffy on how the gender stuff will be handled, especially in regards to a female-centric society of 'witches' but I still have faith in this series. I will let it cook and hopefully this series will gain more traction in the future!

I had a lot of questions for only the first two chapters of my reading, which is not a bad thing. The world itself did not feel hard to understand, so this level of comprehension is fine. I really like the designs and the art is a little choddy (neutral/negative) but has plenty of room for improvement. It does remind me of Daisuke Igarashi,

Not exactly sure what to expect from this series. Originally, I thought it were going to be a Girl's Love kinda like Cocoon. I think I will realistically end up reading this by volume unless something really catches my interest. I'm not a fan of the scanlators and their typesetting skills.

It takes a lot of soul to blow me away in mere chapters. The last manga that achieved this was Blue Period, so I'm very excited to read 'Tales of Craftsmen from Kanda Gokurachou' because I have a soft spot for super informative series like this.

Socially Inept yuri between a mimic is actually genius. This is a really good dynamic and allegory for a motherly love.

a bland premise but thats not always a bad thing. It has the ability to go in many directions. Whilst I am used to Fujimoto's art, this feels very bare bones even in comparison. I think fans of Fire Punch or Blame! should check this one out.

Basically Oedipus complex

This is a really strong start, the colours, the negative-style art, and the motion flows well. I kinda like the subtle shift in the first chapter from an age/experience to those whom are vulnerable in terms of power dynamics. We will be keeping up with this one!!

The dynamic is very weird, especially the mannerisms, but this is such a sweet manga. I'm keen for the last segment to be translated but I feel like this could have been another volume or two. Regardless, I love the designs and artwork,

How often have you thought about removing someone from your life—killing them, even—over their annoying and bothersome presences? Hopefully never; however for Ryota, taking care of his younger brother after the death of his mother has left a significant toll on his wellbeing, resulting in self-negligence and the distancing of the friends and hobbies surrounding him.

A newcomer author, Natori Ayumi, sets up this premise with initial conflict between brothers, in which eventually turns to resentment. I'm interested in what they will write in context of themetics within the narrative, hopefully it will tackle breaking down social barriers often related to family, and how it should be treated as any other romantic or platonic relationship with a person. I know this series will be quickly compared to "The Summer Hikaru Died" given the premise, and there is nothing wrong with that, of course! The mystery behind not only the mother's death but what the "child" actually is will be something I look forward to reading during the simul-pub. I can hope this delves deep into a variety of topics.

One of my fav couples in fiction, I love the blend of Holo and Lawrence's dynamics and how they grow from each other, highly recommended.

The story is fairly simple but the mangaka's skill at communicating emotional nuances and tempo make it stand out amongst the rest. The Slice of Life aspects infused with girlhood and the fine line between happiness and embarrassment is something I admire. Akebi's personality is adorable and I love how everyone else enjoys observing her.

Cohabitation between people from another culture/world will always interest me, but for this, it just seems really bland. I'm not sure if its due to the nature of Shonen narratives but I'm not too interested in much. I hope it can become more serious as things become less pushy.

So, Chika is having an affair with her boss (the store manager of a grocery store of which she works part-time).
Just like her, he's also married with a child. A daughter, and yet to be born son.

Shockingly... she's pregnant, with his child.
Except, she seemed to want the baby, while he is expecting her to abort the child in the coming weeks for both their sakes of being married with children,
... even though Chika is unhappy, with her husband who has been uncaring and irritable since they've had their child, Minato.

Now, Chika feels hopeless and even more depressed that the store manager isn't caring for her as he claimed "I'm all yours", even though when they're together, he seems to be, except only briefly in those moments.

Easily one of the most relevant modern manga to exist right now. Ouran is best girl period.

Loved the OS of this but idk I kinda got bored after it lost the shotacon tag. idk If I will pick this up again

Super fun and whacky story. The plot picks up after volume 1 or 2 for those who dropped early on

I hate stuff with wimpy MC but Anjou is fantastic version of what Nagatoro ultimately failed at. This series is better in every aspect and even at times the secondary relationship is a fun read.

Amazing 1st chapter, got a bit formulaic/predictable after a while but It was a solid series overall. I hate the mystery in the second arc, was hoping it would tackle more sensitive topics such as depression and self-esteem, would have been perfect to show that people will never be happy and life isn't always constant happiness, even without the Knockers around.

Fujimoto I was not aware of how well you are cooking.
